As local operational partner, RSM provided on-the-ground support and strategic coordination for the successful delivery of NCAA games in Paris in 2023 and 2024 season tip-off.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Event Execution: Support for U.S. promoter (Complete Sports Management) in hosting NCAA teams (USC, UCLA, Duke, etc.)
• Venue Strategy: Identification and negotiation of hosting agreements with Adidas Arena
• Game Operations: Run-of-show, team logistics, and local activations
• Fan Engagement and Hospitality: Ticketing and VIP strategy, sponsor activations
• Community Outreach: Design and delivery of youth clinics with NCAA players
